Reservation and payment

Classes can be booked through the Calendly booking system or by mutual agreement directly with me.
A reservation made through Calendly becomes binding upon receipt of payment. Each hour must be paid for no later than 48 hours before its start .

In the case of long-term cooperation, an individual agreement is possible.

 

Canceling a lesson

A lesson can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance .
If cancelled less than 48 hours before the start, the lesson is considered to be bindingly reserved and must be paid in full.

Repeated cancellations of classes or repeated last-minute changes to dates may lead to termination of the collaboration.

 

Change of date

The date of a class can be changed no later than 24 hours before its start, only if another free date is available .

Changes to dates less than 24 hours before the start of the class are not possible.

For reservations made through Calendly, changes and cancellations are made directly via the link sent in the confirmation email after the reservation is made.

 

Not attending class

If a student does not join a class without prior notice, the class will be forfeited without any right to a refund.

 

Important information

During the school year, due to limited capacity, I ask students with a fixed schedule to notify changes and cancellations well in advance.

If possible, please arrange organizational changes outside of weekends, except in urgent situations.

 

If regular hours are cancelled, please inform me in advance .

 

If there are currently no available dates in the reservation system, you can contact me directly and, if possible, we will try to find an individual solution.
